The average professional soccer player covers 5.3 miles in a 90 minute soccer game. Soccer players are arguably the fittest athletes in the world. We’ve taken the principals and fundamentals of soccer to create a program anyone can participate in and achieve their fitness goals.
Futbol fitness is not about making you a better soccer player, it’s about transforming your body into a machine that can dominate whatever sport you choose.

Futbol fitness offers a complete body workout that will improve your core and conditioning, increase your endurance, agility, quickness, upper and lower body strength. This is not a weight loss program, but if you are committed, you will lose weight.
Futbol fitness is an innovative program based on the principals of soccer, applied to the core foundations of a complete body development plan.
Futbol Fitness 101 is a six week program, meeting 3 times a week, which will build a foundation of fitness through soccer conditioning. No prior soccer experience is needed to participate and succeed. This is an intense workout. Participants should have a basic level of fitness. Each session lasts 60 minutes. Use of the soccer ball and soccer principals will be used in a manner that does not require specific soccer expertise or mastery of soccer skills. Cleats are encouraged, but not required.
Fubol Fitness 201 is a souped-up version of FF 101, specifically targeted to participants with a higher understanding of soccer principals and possess basic individual soccer skills. This program is specifically targeted to improve individual soccer fundamentals while increasing conditioning for game fitness. Participants will utilize the soccer ball significantly. Cleats are recommended.
